About Zygoma Reduction

Hi Dr. Park,

I just have a few questions regarding zygoma reduction surgery.

1. Do you use wires or any other metallic things to fix the structure of the cheekbones? And do you take them out after or the patient will have to carry them with them?

2. Would you be able to move inward the zygoma based on the patient's request which might be a bit more than 1cm?

3. When can I brush my teeth, wash my face and hair after the surgery?

4. Would their be red bruises on my cheekbones after the surgery? Are they because of the metallics? And how long will they last?
