[re] eyelid revision

Dear Tina,

Thank you for your interest in my clinic.

I usually don't recommend non-incisional double fold surgery to foreign patients because it has high unfolding rate and the size of double fold decrease as times go by.
Many patients visit my clinic for revisional surgery after non-incision method.

In revisional surgery, incision is made following the newly planned double fold crease.
The inside stitches are removed through this incision and it doesn't cause any scarring.

In making double fold, I always prefer dynamic fixation because it looks more natural and leaves better scar.
