eyelid

I've been using eyelid tapes and used sharp edges to create a crease.
However, whenever i wake up after sleeping, it becomes undone and i have to use my hands to create the eyelid
I have scars on my eyelid from using sharp edges and the tapes.
If i get eyelid surgery, can i get it in the same place as where the scars are? or would the scars be a problem?
