   Surgery for inner eyelash irritation
Hello,
I had blephoraplasty  5 years ago. The reason for the surgery was strictly "medical" -- my upper inner eyelashes face downwards and were constantly irritating my eyes since i was young, and my doctor suggested this surgery to face the eyelashes away from my eyeballs. It was successful, but it did not solve the issue with the eyelashes that grow in the inner part of my eyes. I do not know about other patients, but my eyelashes grow very close to the inner corners. The blephoraplasty changed the direction of my eyelashes (outwards), but the ones on the inner part now poke and irritate the skin on the corners more than ever.

What would you recommend? I had the blepharoplasty to hopefully fix the issue, and i am willing to have another procedure to aide with this new problem. I am not seeking any drastic changes in physical appearance - my main goal is in the health of my eyes.

I live in the US. Could I have a consultation with you via email? I would like to send photos of my eyes for you to review.
